Azure Standard

www.tiffanystable.com

I am joining Azure Standard--this is a bulk foods delivery system--co-op or whatever.
They have everything from frozen foods to refrigerator foods to shelf foods to produce. Much of it is organic and they deliver in my area (maybe it's the same everywhere) once each month.
I will be placing an order in March.
Check it out.....www.azurestandard.com

What kind of stuff are you buying from there, is it good prices? You'll have to give me the details!

It's basically a health food store in bulk delivery. I am going to make an order this week or the first of next, so I'll let you know what I order.

Hi - I just happened across your blog because I was searching for Azure Standard's website.

I've been with AS for about a year now and have been mostly happy - until the last order when I found a heavy concentration of mouse droppings in my natural sesame seeds. I found out from the supplier that the sesame seeds had been in AS's warehouse for six months before I got them. I don't know if that's normal, but I was disgusted, especially since I saw on the news that the recent recall of pistachios because of salmonella could have been caused by rodent infestation. I have been very disgusted and will not allow my family to consume any more of their nuts, seeds or dried fruits raw anymore.

At our home we have three family members with ulcerative colits, so we know intestinal diseases. We definitely don't need anything adding to our problems!

But it is hard to get things like they sell locally, and although their prices are not the greatest, they still run less than our local high-priced health food store.
