I am a wife and mother of 3 great kids. I have healed myself of Crohn's Disease by changing my diet and want to share with others how to eat healthy and delicious foods. I love to cook and have published a cookbook titled "At Tiffany's Table" I also enjoy spending time with my family, walking in the great outdoors, reading, being creative, painting, and sewing (I think).

What I Had for Dinner/ Green Salad with Quinoa and Balsamic Dressing
I wasn't very hungry for dinner, so I just had this salad with quinoa and homemade balsamic dressing. For the balsamic dressing I put the following; (sorry I didn't measure anything) Balsamic vinegar Raw honey Fresh ground black pepper Sea salt Extra-virgin olive oil
