What I Had for Dinner/ Roast Chicken and Mashed Potatoes







Good old fashioned cooking, but SO EASY! Roast the chicken in the oven (325°F) for about 2 hours or so and besides the prep work, you don't even have to look at it. Cook some potatoes and mash them. Make gravy from the drippings from the chicken. You should try it, it's GOOD!
